In our fast-paced world of rolling news, social media and general busyness, taking a pause to slow down - really slow down - is more important than ever. Yet with the best of intentions, I sometimes find the slow living that I strive for difficult to achieve. There aren’t many places I can truly switch of, but Guardswell Farm is one of them. The secluded hillside retreat in Perthshire is one of my favourite places in the world and somewhere we return to each Summer and Autumn to get away from it all. A teeny cabin called the Pendicle overlooking the fields and the silvery Tay over the Carse of Gowrie. Let me show you around…
