A Table Set for Litha

Here in the Northern Hemisphere this Sunday is Litha, the Summer Solstice in the Celtic Wheel of the Year, and so I thought I’d share some simple ways I’ll be marking the occasion at home: slowing down, taking time to set the table and eating delicious seasonal food together. Here’s how I’m setting my Summer Solstice table this year, and two simple but delicious recipes on my menu for a Litha celebration.
