Summerfruit season is in full swing just now and there are so many delicious berries to choose from. Iβm like a kid in a sweet shop at this time of year, and I would be hard pressed to pick a favourite, but July always makes me think of blackcurrants: sun warmed, richly ripe and deeply fruity - they taste of Summer in every bite.
