A peek behind the scenes at my Spring table setting workshop 🌿
One of my favourite things about bringing my book, ‘Slow Seasons’, into the world has been connecting with readers and forming a community of like-minded old souls in real life. There’s something special about bringing folks who are interested in slow, seasonal living together. So when Toast approached me to lead a Spring workshop in their Edinburgh shop, I was so excited to bring the Spring chapters of my book to life: setting the table for Spring and making a Spring posy with flowers from Ochre Botanical Studios here in Edinburgh, from the Ostara and Beltane chapters respectively. I wish there was away that our Substack community could meet in person as well, but in the meantime I thought it would be fun to take you along virtually and share some behind the scenes pictures and the activities themselves.
