Have you spotted any of the very first signs of Spring yet? On my walk yesterday I saw the beautiful, scarlet red flowers of quince blossom, the yellow-brown sweet lambs’ tails of catkins and the very first shoots of snowdrops emerging through the earth. They have been a welcome sight, what with the dreich weather here for the last few days. It’s definitely a weekend for making marmalade, or perhaps some cosy crafting at home - these beeswax wraps are really easy to make but incredibly satisfying, the sweet scent of honey filling the kitchen, plus they’re very useful too!
