I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - for me, Spring and Autumn feel much more naturally like times to reset and recalibrate as the year turns. The lead-up to Ostara is much more like the true “new year” for me; as the sap rises and temperatures gradually start to climb, I slowly feel my creativity returning. The plans and projects I’ve let percolate are given space to unfurl in their own time, seeds now long sown and watered into the ground are lovingly tended as the light grows. Here is one such project I’ve been planning in my head for a while - a vintage plate wall display - with step-by-step instructions for how you can achieve something similar using mostly what you have to hand to celebrate the stories of your own home.
