Textiles are such an important yet often overlooked part of our homes, but add vital softness, texture and warmth. I find sourcing window coverings can be particularly tricky - especially if you live in an old flat with big windows! - not to mention expensive. We recently finished painting our kitchen windows as part of our renovation “snagging” list, so was keen to introduce some proper window dressing at long last. As I couldn’t quite find the thing I was after, I decided to make my own DIY café curtain so thought I would share the process with you!
