Happy Imbolc! We are officially halfway between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox - have you felt the shifting light this week? In these days around Imbolc, I find myself simultaneously craving cosy, slow, homely days still embracing darkness and slowness, but also itching to be outside in nature, seeking all that new season energy and lightness. So I thought in today’s post I would share some gentle prompts inspired by nature to reflect on the season we’re in, to mark this passing of time and to nurture the shoots of the new season that are beginning to emerge.
