Next Saturday is Litha, the Summer Solstice or longest day and shortest night. On each of the festivals in the Celtic Wheel, I try to spend time outdoors and in nature - even if just a walk round our local park - in order to reflect on the time since the last turn of the season, and gently think ahead to what the coming weeks may have in store. Each turn of the Wheel I share my journaling prompts, inspired by the natural world, to reflect on the season just gone and gently plan for the one to come.
