Happy Ostara! This Thursday, day and night officially became the same length again, and now the balance has shifted back towards the light in the Northern Hemisphere as we head towards Beltane and then Litha, the Summer Solstice. I have been craving time outside in nature even more, and noticing the growing signs of Spring has brought great comfort and inspiration. I find myself in something of a reflective mood around these moments of transition in the Celtic wheel, so thought for today’s post I would share some gentle nature-inspired prompts for some journalling again. My aim is to encourage us to reflect on the season we’re in, to mark this passing of time and to help us to nurture the growing seasonal energy.
