Happy Imbolc! As I discussed in my newsletter at the weekend, today is the first day of Spring in the Celtic calendar. The weather seemed to get the memo in Edinburgh, with a cold, crisp, sunny day where the light just hinted of Spring days to come. I’m intending to celebrate Imbolc properly at the weekend, but I did treat myself to some narcissi on the way home and a hot chocolate when I got in this evening before I started my marking. One of my favourite traditions to mark this Spring transition is to pot up some Spring bulbs, so I thought I’d share this lovely seasonal marker with you, from my kitchen to yours.
