This transitional time of year always has me feeling reflective. Writing always helps - as I mentioned in my recent post with journaling prompts! - but I’m also a very visual person so find it helpful to use pictures to create a moodboard or vision board once or twice a year. Over time I collect pictures that have a particular meaning or evoke a mood or goal - and use them to create a vision board when I feel in need of re-centring. This week I decided I needed a wee project to harness all that back-to-school, new season energy as we head towards the Equinox on 23 September, and I found starting this Autumn/Winter vision board really helped. It’s a work in progress - and actually, I think this is definitely a case where the process is the most important thing - so here’s a bit about how I made mine and some tips to make your own.
