Renovating an Edinburgh Tenement Part Two: the First Month

Last month I shared the first newsletter and vlog in my renovation series: before. More behind the scenes of renovating was something that was highly requested when I announced I was going paid, so I’ve been filming snippets as I go and have edited together a vlog covering part two of renovating: our progress during the first month of work.

It covers the full rewiring of our flat, putting in a new plumbing system and the start of the kitchen going in if you watch to the end. Oh, and wallpaper stripping - I’m currently having flashbacks to the overwhelming heat and the smell of melting glue!
