The scariest part of Halloween? 18,000 tonnes of pumpkin goes to waste each year in the UK alone. Pumpkins are so much more than just a decoration for Halloween, though I appreciate that it can be hard to know what to do with them - so I thought I’d share some ideas in today’s post, including a new baking recipe: my pumpkin chocolate loaf cake made with deliciously nutty brown butter.
