The end of the month marks Samhain, the midpoint between the Autumn Equinox, Mabon, and the Winter Solstice, Yule. It’s officially the start of Celtic Winter and in the kitchen Autumn produce reaches its peak in time for seasonal feasts and celebrations.
It goes without saying that pumpkins feature heavily just now - and rightly so as they’re so versatile and delicious! That said, there’s so, so much more seasonal goodness to explore just now. Here’s what I’ll be whipping up in my new kitchen in the coming weeks…
