We’re now halfway between Ostara, the Spring Equinox, and Beltane, the start of Celtic Summer at the beginning of May and nature certainly seems to have gotten the memo here. In the last few days, I’ve noticed the silver birch has started growing its leaves and there are buds on the lilac tree in our communal garden; everywhere I look on our daily walk there’s some new blossom to savour. Spring is now fully bursting into life, and I know this can bring up a range of emotions - it certainly has in me - so I thought in today’s reflections I would share some gentle journaling prompts inspired by this seasonal shift to reflect on the moment we’re in, notice the passage of time and nurture the new season’s growing abundance. I do hope you will join me!
