Slow decorating is all about taking your time, making informed choices, living with things for a while. Slow decorating is sourcing the perfect pieces, waiting for the blessing of the vintage Gods, finding just the right piece of furniture for the space that you were looking for. Slow decorating is the antithesis of the mass-produced products and interiors trends we’re fed online that can so often make us and our homes feel inadequate, like we can’t keep up. Here’s my slow decorating update on our bedroom plans and projects, plus a dose of boring-but-necessary window renovation.
