Oh I am so looking forward to celebrating Imbolc this year. I feel like I am really ready and in sync with the changing energy this week and I felt the coziest feeling reading through your words and tips and ideas. Loved this so much! 💫

Such a beautiful post.

I'm in the southern half of the globe so we're in high summer (28 Celsius today), so perhaps between Litha and Lughnasa. I've read about the Celtic wheel but not thought much about it until I read your post. There was much to take away and to learn...

Already the strappy green leaves of our muscari and hoop petticoats are above the soil and the miniature cyclamens are in flower. I've picked a huge bunch of honesty and am de-seeding (scattering seed back under one of the willows where they do well,) and then having shimmering bunches inside.

I do envy you your marmalade. Rebecca Holden wrote a wonderful Substack this weekend on marmalade, complete with collage. I'm a bad marmalade maker - very runny! But I LOVE to eat it!

Thank you so much for beautiful images and a fine post.

Lovely. I have happy memories of the Cambo snowdrops so it’s good to know they are still celebrated.
